Q: How do I search for an item?
A: Type a key word (ie; pearl or pink) into the description box under the 'SEARCH' section on the hompage, all related products will be shown and you then click against the particular product you wish to view.
Q: I want o search by price - how do I do this?
A: When on the category page of the products ie; SALE - there is a drop down menu on the right hand corner of the page which says 'Sort By:' and a box, click the arrow in the box to show the sort option you require. You can choose from SKU (product code) Description, High Price or Low Price. Choose your option and the pages for that category will sort themselves into the order you require. The computer default is set to Description and will revert back automatically when you exit.
Q: Can I leave a review about a product?
A: Yes, find the product you purchased under 'SEARCH' on the Homepage, type in the Product Code in the SKU box, or use the Description box, select the product and type a review or tick a box.
Q: How do I become a Wholesale or Drop Ship customer?
A: Register your name and address and advise in the box which account you prefer, the registration is then sent to the admin department who review the details and advise you via email that an account has been set up for you.
Q: Is there a minimum spend limit for Wholesale or Drop Shipping?
A: For Wholesale the minimum is £50 and there is no limit for Drop Shipping.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes
Q: How do I use my Loyalty Reward Points?
A: After your first order you will accumulate Reward Points, the next time you wish to place an order login to your account before completing the checkout and the Reward Points will be shown from previous orders. You will be asked if you wish to use them to discount the order you are placing, tick YES and the discount will apply before checkout.
