These Terms and Conditions are applicable every time you access our website and order goods. By purchasing goods from our website you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions. This site is owned and operated by Sandbags Rags ‘n’ Riches.

 

All rights in this website are owned by us. Any unauthorised use, copying or modification is prohibited.

 

The following Terms & Conditions for buying goods online are governed by the law of England and you and we agree to use the English courts if there is any dispute between us.

Here at Sandbags Rags ‘n’ Riches we want your online shopping experience to be a pleasant and convenient one. We are dedicated to your total satisfaction and we welcome you as a customer, hoping that you will return and recommend us to your friends. Ordering Goods

 

Choose your item and quantity, if there is a size or colour option click on the size and colour required, add your item to the shopping cart and either proceed to checkout to purchase your item or carry on shopping to add more items to your order. Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. When you are on the checkout page, you will be asked to add a few details that we need to complete your order. Your order will only be processed if the cardholder address matches your billing address. A different delivery addresses can be advised if required.

 

When you submit an order to us you will receive an automated email saying that we are processing your order. Your order will be accepted by us (and a contract will then be formed between us) when we despatch the goods to you. You will be notified by email of the shipping details. Title to the goods will pass to you on delivery provided payment has been made in full.

 

Should you wish to cancel your order or return any goods, please go to the Returns section for further information.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

 

Orders via Fax

 

Orders are accepted by fax to our fax order line. Please print & complete the checkout page, sign it and send your fax to: ...changed number - tba. Where applicable, order confirmations are sent via email or by return fax.

 

Making the Payment

 

If you are paying by Paypal (Secure SSL Site), please click on the Paypal logo on the checkout page and follow the instructions. You do not need to register to use Paypal, you can just send a payment via your debit or credit card using Paypal’s online security centre. Payment can also be made over the telephone using your credit or debit card. Please call 07522 514525 for this service. If you would prefer to pay by cheque or postal order, please make the cheque payable to ‘Sandbags Rags ‘n’ Riches’ and send to the following address with a copy of your order and a reference. Payment by cheque will take 7 days to be processed and clear the Banking system before the goods are dispatched.

Whilst it is our intention to keep our web site up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.

 

All prices shown on our web site are inclusive of VAT * unless you are a wholesale customer – please see ‘Wholesale section’. Delivery charges are extra. For further information on delivery charges please see the Shipping section.

 

Any payment made to us will be refunded if we do not accept your order for any reason or if goods are out of stock.

 

Delivery & Returns

 

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

 

When we deliver your items to you,you may be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with our products, and wish to return any items for any reason, you have 7 days from receipt of the goods to advise us by email and return them to us unworn, unwashed and with original packaging and labels. You may cancel your order up to 7 days after placing the order. If goods have already been dispatched by us, it is your responsibility to return the goods for a refund.

 

Exclusions: Please note that certain goods cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturers fault. These are personalised items and pierced jewellery (ie; earrings, nose pins, belly button rings).

 

If an item is faulty please contact us immediately and we will arrange an appropriate remedy.

 

You can return your goods via the Post Office. Please ensure items are adequately packaged and labelled. Please include details of your return and references. It is important to get a free ‘CERTIFICATE OF POSTING’ from the Post Office in case any items are lost or damaged and a claim has to be made against the Post Office.

 

Returns are checked for any wear and tear damage caused by yourself, this includes washing and removing the labels. Damaged items will be returned and referred to the manufacturer before any refunds are made. When we are satisfied that the item is satisfactory we will refund the purchase price (not including carriage costs). Refunds may take up to 7 days to show on your credit card account.

 

Guarantee

 

All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee covering their manufacture. After this time we cannot accept faulty returns. Some of our jewellery products do contain nickel and are unsuitable for sensitive skin. If the product has been labelled from the manufacturer we will state whether it is suitable for hypersensitive skin, otherwise you must assume that there will be some nickel in the product which may cause irritation. Wherever possible we will include the details in the description of the product.

 

We have made every effort to display all our items as accurately as possible. However as colours and images vary depending on your own monitor and browser we cannot guarantee that products will be as exactly seen on your monitor. Most products have been described with sizes & lengths given as close to accurate as possible.

 

Privacy Policy

 

We do not disclose customers information to third parties. We respect your privacy and endeavour to ensure the highest levels of security and confidentiality.

 

Your personal details will remain private and confidential. All data collected is for our internal use only and may be used for marketing our products and special offers for your interest only. If you do not wish to receive this information, please email us.

 

Any personal data relating to you will be used and recorded by us in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.

 

Shipping

 

Standard shipping rate is £2.99 for all UK orders and £4.99 for all worldwide orders regardless of weight or size. If you require overnight/ next day signed for delivery the charge is £6.99 for UK orders and £11.99 for worldwide..

 

Whilst we will endeavour to meet your requirements we cannot be held responsible for deliveries not being made within the specified time when a third party is making the delivery.

 

Wholesale Accounts

 

If you are a trader and require a wholesale account and login you will need to register your details for access to the wholesale prices. The minimum order is £50 plus V.A.T and postage. Prices quoted are exclusive of V.A.T. Postage is calculated by weight and will be sent by next day signed for delivery. You will be advised of postage costs before you make your payment.
